When subscribing to a paid plan, consumers in the European Union may withdraw within 14 days (right of withdrawal, Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014), and consumers in Brazil within 7 days (right of regret, Consumer Protection Code, art. 49). The period starts on the date the paid plan is subscribed.
Within that period we refund the full amount paid, even if the service has already been used. This is a commercial choice, more generous than the law requires.
Ask Paddle, the reseller that processed the purchase (through the link in the receipt it sent you), or send an email to contato@confeilab.com with your account email and the business the request refers to.
The refund is made by Paddle, to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of the request.
After the withdrawal period, you can cancel at any time: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no pro-rata refund, and the cancellation can be undone until that date.
The yearly plan follows the same rules: withdrawal with a full refund within the period, and cancellation at the end of the paid year after it.
The free trial is not charged, so there is nothing to refund. The withdrawal period counts from the activation of the paid plan, not from the start of the trial.
