Do I need a card to try it?
No. You create your account, choose a plan and start.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Nothing is charged automatically. If no plan is activated, your business becomes read-only: you still see all your data, but cannot create or change anything until you activate a plan.
Can I use it with my team?
Yes. Invite people as employee, manager or administrator; each level only sees what it should.
I have more than one shop. Does it work?
Yes. Shops and kitchens live in the same account; how many are included depends on the plan.
Does the price shown include VAT?
Yes: the suggested price includes VAT, and VAT is configurable per business and per product.
Which currency do I work in?
In your business’s currency, chosen when you create it.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, in the browser of your phone, tablet or computer. Nothing to install.
Is my data safe?
Each business only sees its own data, the session is not stored in the browser, we use no tracking cookies and you can turn on two-step verification.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Yes. When you subscribe to a paid plan you can withdraw within 14 days (7 days in Brazil) with a full refund. See the Refund Policy.
Which currency do I pay in?
The currency follows the country: Brazilian reais for Brazil, on plans sold in reais, and euros everywhere else. The country is detected automatically, and you can change it above the plans.
Does the time I spend on recipes count in the cost?
You choose. By default, your work is in the fixed costs (owner’s salary). If you prefer to charge by the hour, enter the hourly rate: each recipe’s working time enters the cost, and the owner’s salary comes out of the fixed costs so it is not counted twice.
